How do I amend the names of guests?

This walk-through video shows how to change the name of a guest for a booking. 


If you want to change the names of guests after you have made a booking, navigate to your booking page within your Staze account. 

Look for the live chat option and follow the steps. From there you'll be able to enter the new names of the guests, and the team will contact the hotel to update your booking. 

Please note, the guest can always still check-in with the booking confirmation email or the original name the hotel was booked under.
