To get started using Staze, log in here (https://staze.com/login/) using your company email address. You will automatically join your company account when you log in.
To make your first booking, follow these steps:
- Make a search for the location you're looking to make a booking in
- Filter by 'Amenities' and select 'Restaurant' if your guest is going to need to have lunch / dinner during their stay:

4. Once you have selected the hotel you want to book, choose the room type, meal option, and cancellation policy:
5. On the check out page, update the names of the guests who will be staying (this is important as when the guest checks into the hotel they will be asked their name to find their room). Any email addresses you enter here will be sent a booking confirmation email, as well as your account's email.
6. Your company will specify some details they need you to enter before you can book. This information will automatically be added to the invoice. This is usually Port name, Vessel name, Client name and Billing entity:
7. If you have any notes / special requests to pass on the hotel, add this under 'Note for reception'. This will automatically be passed on to the hotel with the booking:
8. Confirm if the person you are booking for will need to be able to expense items at the hotel (like drinks or meals):
9. Confirm your booking (no payment is required):
10. A booking confirmation email with the booking and hotel details will be sent to you, and any emails you enter against the guests.
11. If you selected 'Add a virtual credit card', Staze will automatically send credit card details to the hotel for the guests at hotel expenses (meals, non-alcoholic beverages, late check-out etc). This will automatically be communicated to the hotel.
The payment for the hotel booking will be sorted for you by the finance team.
