For hotels: I can't bill the card. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that the card is not working, please be assured that our customer service team will help make sure that any invoices get paid.

Please check the following: 

1. Is the amount you are trying to charge within the budget of the card?
2. Has the card already expired?
3. Are the credit card details correct?
4. Are you charging the card rather than pre-authorizing it?

If the budget is too low (#1) or the card has expired (#2), please contact the booker and let them know.
