Some hotels on Staze require a hotel reception email address to accept an at-hotel expenses card. The below video & guide explains how to handle this situation.
This will appear during the checkout process and look like this:
If you come across a hotel like this and need to input an email address, please enter the hotel's email address, not your own or your company's email address.
To find the hotel's email address, you can check your previous bookings with this hotel or search online.
If you can't find the hotel's email address, you can
1) Place the booking without an at-hotel expenses card or
2) Find a different hotel where Staze has an existing relationship with the hotel.
Please note this requirement only applies to some hotels on Staze.
