Helping the hotel bill the card

If a hotel can't bill the card, these are the questions we ask reception:

  • Are you sure you are using the correct card number?
  • Are you attempting to charge more than the card limit?
  • Has the card expired? (It expires at midnight on the day of checkout)

If the card has expired, simply create a new card

If the hotel is billing more than the card limit and you are happy with the charges, simply increase the credit limit.
